Siluet Elevé Lifetime Warranty
Our promise
We build equipment for a lifetime of practice. If something fails under normal home use, we make it right for as long as you own your Elevé.
Who is covered
The original retail purchaser with proof of purchase. Coverage is not transferable.
What lifetime means
Coverage lasts for the entire period that the original purchaser owns the Elevé. If the product is resold or given away, coverage ends.
What is covered
Structural frame
• Cracks, breaks, or warping of the main frame under normal home use
• Folding and locking assemblies that affect safe operation
Mechanical system
• Carriage, rails, wheels, footbar mechanism, risers, pulleys, rope system, and hardware that fail under normal use
• Springs that break or lose safe function under normal use
Note: normal gradual change in spring tension over time is not considered a defect
Upholstery and padding
• Seam separation or material failure that affects function under normal use
Note: routine cosmetic wear, minor scuffs, or color variation are not considered defects
What is not covered
• Misuse, abuse, impact, improper assembly, or improper storage including outdoor or damp environments
• Commercial, professional, rental, or group facility use unless a separate written commercial warranty is purchased from Siluet
• Cosmetic wear that does not affect performance including scratches, scuffs, minor dents, and natural variation in wood grain or finish
• Damage from liquids, chemicals, pets, pests, or extreme environmental conditions
• Modifications, third party parts, or unauthorized repairs
• Normal gradual changes that do not affect safe use including minor noise or minor finish wear
• Loss or damage occurring during moves or transport after initial delivery
- Bolts, screws, bushings, knobs, caps, and similar components that fail under normal use
How we make it right
Parts first approach
• Siluet supplies replacement parts at no cost for covered issues
• Clear guides help with simple self installation
If parts cannot solve it
• At Siluet option we will repair or replace the defective component with an equal or better part
• If a part is discontinued we will substitute an equal or better current part that fits and functions properly
• In rare cases Siluet may offer product replacement or a reasonable credit toward a new unit
Shipping for warranty parts
• Standard shipping for replacement parts is covered by Siluet within the original country of purchase
• International shipments or expedited services may require a shipping charge that will be quoted before fulfillment
• Siluet may request the return of defective parts. If a return is required we provide a prepaid return label within the original country of purchase
Your responsibilities
• Perform basic care such as wiping rails, checking fasteners periodically, and avoiding harsh cleaners
• Retain proof of purchase and the serial number label
• Stop using the product if a safety related issue is suspected and contact Siluet Support
How to make a claim

Important definitions
Normal home use means private residential use by the original purchaser, following the user guide and care instructions.
Defect means a failure in materials or workmanship that prevents safe or intended use when the product has been used normally and maintained reasonably.
Limitations
This warranty is the exclusive remedy for covered defects. Siluet liability is limited to repair, replacement, or credit as described above and will not exceed the original purchase price. Siluet is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages except where prohibited by law. Some regions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages. In those regions these limitations apply only to the extent allowed by law. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights that vary by state or country.
How this policy may change
Siluet may update this written policy for new purchases from time to time. Your coverage is determined by the policy in effect on your purchase date and by any written warranty terms that accompanied your order confirmation.

Warranty & Repair
All our products are subject to quality control.
Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.
The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 2 months of noticing any defects.
It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.
An extended warranty can be added to your products for an additional cost.

Returns & Refunds
Yes, we offer full and partial refunds.

A refund request can be submitted within a month after the purchase is made.
In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligiblefor a full refund.

When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.
